Infrared Precursor Experiment to Predict Water Inrushes in Underground Spaces Using a Multiparameter Normalization

Rock failure is the root cause of geological disasters such as slope failure, civil tunnel collapse, and water inrush in roadways mines. Accurate effective monitoring loaded rock process can provide reliable precursor information for inrushes underground engineering structures mines, tunnels, subways. The may affect safe efficient execution these structures. Therefore, it essential to predict effectively. In this paper, roadway was simulated by laboratory experiments. multiparameters strain energy field infrared radiation temperature were normalized based on normalization algorithm linear function transformation. On basis analyzing variation characteristics original parameters, evolution after parameters studied, predicted comprehensively. results show that dissipation ratio, coefficient (IRVC), average (AIRT), variance successful minor image (VSMIT) are all suitable prediction developing face an excavation. intermediate mutation IRVC be used early excavation being developed. inflection ratio from a declining amount level value VSMIT during middle inrush. AIRT imminent Combining with inrush, graded warning “early precursor–middle precursor–final precursor” obtained. research theoretical sustainable development mine, tunnel, shaft, foundation pit excavations.
